ManagementThe Company is owned by a group of private investors including three of its management personnel, William C. McGregor, Roger K. Seegmiller, and Kenny J. Pratt. Following is some brief biographical information on the Company's management and its Advisory Board members.
Will McGregorPresidentWill McGregor serves as President and Counsel. He received a B.A. degree in 1974 and his law degree in 1977 from the University of Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar. Previously Will served as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel for First Security Leasing Company, a bank owned equipment leasing company. He has also had extensive experience representing clients in a variety of equipment financing transactions as part owner of a consulting company. Prior to his investment in the Company, he was General Manager of Garff Leasing Company, an automobile leasing company where most leases originated in auto dealerships and were financed by credit unions.
Roger SeegmillerVice President, Lender RelationsRoger Seegmiller is Vice President of Lender Relations for the Company and is the principal architect of the DILLS™ system. He graduated with honors from Southern Utah University with a degree in Business Administration in 1984 and from Brigham Young University with an MBA in 1991. Since 1984 he has had extensive indirect lending experience working with both lenders and automobile dealers, including First Security Bank as an indirect lending and marketing officer. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as the Supervisory Committee Chair of a Utah credit union.
Kenny PrattVice President, TechnologyKenny Pratt proudly serves as the Vice President of Technology for the Company. Past experiences as a consultant, database administrator, security expert, web developer and entrepreneur provide for invaluable insight while overseeing all technology aspects of the Company. He received his B.S. degree in Marketing from Westminster College and serves on several technology committees and advisory boards. He has played a critical role in designing and developing database systems for the web applications DILLS™ and PILS®.
Peter VehkoVice President, Business DevelopmentPete is the Vice President of Business Development for the Company. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry, including indirect lending and dealership operations. Previously he managed and directed all retail lending in fourteen states for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. He also served as Director of Lending for Aimbridge Lending Solutions which included managing all dealer and credit union operations. He graduated from Northwood University with a B.S. degree in Marketing Management with an emphasis on Automotive Marketing. Christopher WadeManager, Client ServicesChristopher Wade is Manager of Client Services. He joined the Company in April 2010, with more than 10 years of sales and management experience in the technology and financial services industries, including extensive experience with web-based systems like those operated by the Company. Most recently Chris worked for FatPipe Networks, a Utah based company that markets a line of products for optimizing network reliability, security and capacity. Chris was responsible for marketing and project management. In addition to its full time managers, the Company relies regularly for advice regarding product development and strategic planning on its Advisory Board. The following persons serve on the Advisory Board: Alan CameronAlan Cameron is President and CEO of the Idaho Credit Union League and Affiliates in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1969 with a B.A. and from the University Of Idaho College Of Law with a J.D. in 1975. He practiced law for nearly 25 years in Boise before joining the Idaho Credit Union League in February 2000. Commissioned in the U.S. Navy in 1970, Mr. Cameron completed 30 years of service with the U. S. Naval Reserve in 2000, retiring with the rank of Captain. Mr. Cameron has been active in a variety of community volunteer activities. Among other things, he served for over 20 years on the board of Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc., a nonprofit consumer financial counseling service, and in various public service projects of the Rotary Club.Opal JayOpal Jay is the administrator of Indirect Lending Services, LLC, a wholly owned credit union service organization of South Carolina Federal Credit Union that provides indirect lending for other credit unions. Under Jay's guidance since 2002, CUSO loan figures have grown from $1.3 million to $95 million as of June 2005. Opal started working for South Carolina Federal Credit Union in 1963, retiring from her last position as Vice President of the credit union's indirect lending program. During her 39-year career, credit union assets grew from $4.1 million to over $1 billion. Over $600 million of the asset growth occurred since 1992, when she established what Callahan and Associates recognized in 2004 as one of the industry's most successful indirect lending programs.Mark MillerMark Miller is Chairman of Mark Miller Dealerships, owner of several automobile dealerships in the Salt Lake City area. Mark learned the car business at an early age, working in the sales, service and parts departments of his father's Pontiac dealership. During the 1970's he developed an IBM based dealer management system that is now marketed by DealerTrack. In January of 1987 Mark was elected to the National Automobile Dealers Association Board of Directors. As a part of his first committee assignment he was responsible for the development of an automated sales management system. He also served as chairman of NADA's Dealership Operation and Membership Committees, as a Regional Vice President and as one of ten trustees of the association's retirement trust. He is active in the local community, having served as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the President's Club Committee at the University of Utah and represented Utah's new car dealers on the Motor Vehicle Advisory Board for twelve years.Todd L. ProulxTodd L. Proulx is Vice President of Business Development for EPL Inc. and is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business to help credit unions better compete and serve their members. Previously Todd worked for CUNA Mutual Group where he served as Assistant Vice President of Third Party Relations. His responsibilities included working with Credit Union core data processors and lending system providers on the incorporation of CUNA Mutual lending enhancement products, including insurance, forms and calculations. He previously served as Business Consultant Manager and was responsible for a staff that worked with credit unions on lending and member service process re-engineering and played a key role in the development of lending products such as automated lending for Windows and Loanliner.com. Mr. Proulx received his BA in Art from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and a Certificate in International Business from the Minnesota Small Business Administration and Minnesota State University. Mr. Proulx serves on various boards including Dakota County Electric Association and Faith Lutheran Church.Lawrence R. ScottLawrence R. Scott received his B.S. degree in 1974 from Brigham Young University and his M.S. Management in 1976 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Company and one of its founders. Previously, Larry served as Director of Reservations and Guest Relations for Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts and as Vice President of Business Development for Vehix.com, owner of an Internet system designed to facilitate research and purchase of automobiles for the consumer. |
